Yesterday, I experienced the “NEVER NEVER VAN.” It’s creepier in person. Trust me. Especially when he rolls down the window, speeds to catch up to you in traffic, pulls out a stuffed toy monkey, and makes it talk and dance on the window. Oh, and parts on the car move about and spin….And he wears a clown costume. He’s truly Keeping Portland Weird…
